What type of merchandise we are dealing with?

Closeouts or Liquidation. It is an excess from a previous season's merchandise as a result of changes in color, design, and fabric or missed deliveries. Closeouts are all the first quality merchandise. Name-brand companies are selling their excess inventory for several reasons: merchandise must be removed from shelves to make room for newer models; a change in financial circumstances or strategy may result in canceled orders; companies may need to reduce inventories for accounting reasons. All of this force the compamies to sell this first-quality inventory quickly and below their cost.

Overruns. This merchandise is over production from specific cuttings or orders and is generally the result of the order not matching the amount of material needed. The amount of fabric needed to produce 20 pants may be enough to produce 30 pants and therefore 10 pants overrun occurs. Overruns are all the  first quality merchandise.

Returns or Salvage Merchandise. Customer returns is the merchandise actually purchased but then returned by customers, in store damages, marked out of stock products and case packs that have been opened. This merchandise is sold as a percentage of the cost of retail or by the pallet. The merchandise may be slightly damaged, missing a piece, discolored, or be in a damaged box. But as for returns you usually get a large amount of products that are like new. A small percentage of this merchandise may have to be discarded. For such merchandise you pay generally between 8-12% of the retail price. Even if you throw away the small percentage of this merchandise, it turns out that you usually double or triple your money. It is worth to purchase this merchandise on a regular basis.

Surplus. This is the merchandise, or equipment that can no longer be sold at the regular retail or wholesale price, but still possesses value. Surplus is generally caused by discontinuations or overruns. Most companies have a need to liquidate 2-5% of their products as surplus.

Clients: Our clients are discount retailers, swappers (flea market vendors), auctioneers, exporters, wholesalers and many other companies. Closeouts are usually purchased at a substantial discount from 15% to 80% off first quality prices. Merchants usually use these discounts as the opportunity to promote a product at a discount prices to their market.

Payment: 

We accept only Bank Wire Transfers and COD cashiers check - This means guaranteed funds in the form of a bank cashiers check for the exact amount of the order for the exact amount. (Note: A company check is not acceptable.). Bank Wire information will be attached to your invoice. Upon receiving a verbal and/or written commitment to purchase merchandise from a client, an invoice will be processed by our Sales Office.  A copy of the invoice will be e-mailed or faxed to the purchasing client.

Shipping methods: We ship by major trucking lines, railroad and by ship for Export, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship small lots of merchandise by air to the distant clients as a fast and reliable delivery method. We ship merchandise via Roadway, sea freight or avia at the client’s expense.

We usually release the merchandise within 48 hours from receipt of client’s payment. We process orders as soon as possible. Our Sales Representative will remain in close contact with you while the merchandise is in route.

Shipping cost is based upon the weight, class and amount of pallets of the shipment (for example: 2 pallets/600 lbs./Women coats). We only charge you what the shipping carrier charges us. If it is needed to handle the merchandise before shipment so an additional handling fee occurs.

Catalog. We as the most liquidators do not have a regular catalog, however, we can email you a copy of our latest inventory listings. Our inventory changes on a regular basis and we would never be able to keep a proper catalog updated. Our product list has a detailed explanation of the merchandise, shipping procedures, pricing information and any other relevant information that you may need to know about the merchandise. We do ship the merchandise worldwide. We have several Export companies that we work with when exporting merchandise around the world. They are there to assist you with Port to Port shipping; Point to Point shipping, customs and other important export shipping aspects.
